1. Custom Song Orders & Processing
A. How Orders Work
- When you place an order for a custom song, we create a unique, personalized composition based on your input.
- Our team of songwriters, vocalists, and producers will craft your song within the specified delivery timeframe (typically 3-5 business days, unless a rush order is purchased).
B. Order Changes
- You may request minor changes (e.g., lyric adjustments) within 24 hours of receiving your completed song.
- Major revisions (e.g., melody changes, re-recording) may incur additional costs.
C. Rush Orders
- If you purchase a rush order, your song will be prioritized and delivered within 48 hours.
- Rush orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Copyright & Song Usage
A. What You Get With Your Purchase

B. What You CANNOT Do
🚫 Claim the song as your original work
🚫 Resell, distribute, or license the song for commercial purposes
🚫 Upload the song to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) without permission

3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we allow:
- Cancellations within 2 hours of purchase if work has not started.
- Refunds ONLY if we fail to deliver your song within the promised timeframe.
- No refunds on rush orders, completed songs, or digital downloads.

4. Payment & Pricing

- Your completed song will be delivered via email and made available for download in your customer account.
- You must download your song within 30 days, after which we cannot guarantee continued access.

For customers who purchase exclusive VIP packages, additional benefits may include:
